His face may be blue from that umbrella hat he's wearing, but he ain't feeling blue. I think he just saw Ronald and like me figures a smile and a laugh is the only sane response. My smile carried me through my journey and  other's smiles made my day. When traveling, try to loosen up and flash those teeth however they look. They're your ticket to positive interaction with these people you came to see. in Vietnam I had a waiter tell me how funny I looked. I hoped this was a translation error and he meant happy. After talking with him and others on the same topic over and over, they would ask why all the other tourists weren't smiling like me, opening that door to interaction with locals. Why did they have that dour look, that frown of uncertainty, discomfort? I don't know. Be the smile.
